How To Order
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover, checks or money orders. (make checks payable to Ashleigh
Manor)
Our site uses a Shopping Cart system
to track your orders.

- Choose a category to browse our frames or use the search feature to search for a frame by name, item number, color, size or UPC code.
- Enter the quantity next to the item you want.
- Press the "Add to My Order " button at the bottom of the page. Or just hit "Enter" on your keyboard. You must do this before leaving the page or your selection will not be saved.
- The shopping cart will add the item
to your list. You can then click the Return to Catalog link to continue shopping or Submit Order to go to the checkout. You may also make changes on this page to the quantities or delete an item. After making changes click the Recalculate Order link to update your order.
- Before submitting your order make sure to enter any coupon code on the View cart page and click the Apply Coupon link to have any current promotional savings applied to your order. If you forget to enter the code...don't worry you will still receive your discount.
- You may view and make changes to
your cart by pressing the View Cart link
at the top right of the catalogue page.
- When you are finished shopping,
press Checkout at the top of the page .
- Enter your shipping information. Under Shipping Method the only choice is calculated after order and freight will be added to your invoice. If you would like to add a ship to address in addition to the bill to address click the Add New Shipping Address link at the top of this page.
- To include a PO number please use the Shipping Comments field and enter the # after PO Number: .
- To include ship and/or cancel dates or other information also use the Shipping Notes field and put the necessary information on the appropriate line. The shipping notes field will contain default text when it appears.

- When entering payment information please feel free to enter you credit card information or choose Terms if you have terms with Ashleigh Manor.
- If any information is missed or not complete the Shopping cart will re-display the information with a red square next to it. Complete the marked fields and continue.
- Click the finalize order button to submit your order.
- Submit your order
or print it out and send or fax it to us. You may

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground (unless
otherwise specified). Freight charges are based on weight and
are not calculated until the time of shipment. Typical freight
charges are UPS published rates (including any surcharges)
plus a small handling fee. UPS charges an additional amount
for residential deliveries, therefore it is cheapest to have
your order shipped to a commercial location.
All returns must be authorized by Ashleigh
Manor. All claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days
of the invoice date. Please have your account number and/or
invoice number ready when you call. We will issue a return
authorization code which must appear on the carton you are
returning. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Returned merchandise must be received in good condition for
credit to be issued. Returns not involving an error on our
part, returns that are not received in good condition or returns
that are not authorized are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Our web server does not automatically recognize
any information regarding
the domain or e-mail address of visitors. To enhance customer service and to
speed communications, we save the e-mail addresses of those who write to us
via e-mail.
The addresses we save are used by us to contact
consumers for service and marketing purposes. They are never
sold or given to other companies.
